EVENT DETAILS

This is not a Stay to Play event. You are welcome to stay at any hotel that you want to during the tournament.

We do recommend staying at Dodge House on Wyatt Earp Blvd or either of the Best Western hotels in town. The BW on HWY50 is the closest hotel to the facility.

EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE DOUBLE POINTS IF THEY ENTER THE TOURNAMENT DEPENDING ON HOW THEY FINISH. This is also a 4 game guarantee tournament so each team will receive 4 games minimum. Depending on how many teams enter the tournament, that’s how pool and bracket play will be set up.

Scorekeepers and balls are provided for each game.

THE 14 AND 15U DIVISIONS IS A WOOD BAT TOURNAMENT. EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE ONE WOOD BAT AND WE WILL HAVE MORE TO PURCHASE *FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ON EXTRA WOOD BATS*

This is not a PAP event (Pay at the Plate).

There is a gate fee for anyone entering the facility. Coaches and players get in for free.

We are a cash only facility but we are working on getting a card system so you can pay with a credit card.

Each game will have balls and scorekeepers provided throughout the tournament. QR codes will be posted throughout the facility so spectators and coaches can see bracket play.

Brackets will also be posted in the tournament directors area, which anyone is able to come in and see.

Rings will be given to 1st place in each division. Medals will be given out to 2nd place.

Concessions will be open throughout the tournament.
