This is not a stay to play event. You are welcome to stay at any hotel in Dodge City during the tournament.

If you are looking for a hotel, we recommend staying at La Quinta or either Best Western Hotel.
Event Details

Scorekeepers and balls will be provided for each game. We will also have 2 to 3 umpires for each game.

Winners will receive Rings and a banner bracket to commemorate your teams state championship.

There is no PAP (Pay at the Plate).
Admission

There is a gate entry fee for anyone entering the facility. Players and coaches get in for free.

We are a cash only facility but we are working on getting a card system.
Additional Note

Each game will have balls and scorekeepers provided throughout the tournament. QR codes will be posted throughout the facility so spectators and coaches can see bracket play.

Brackets will also be posted in the tournament directors area, which anyone is able to come in and see.

Rings will be given to 1st place. Rings will be given to 2nd place as well.

Concessions will be open throughout the tournament.
