EVENT DETAILS

This is not a stay to play event. Teams are allowed to lodge anywhere in Dodge City.

We would recommend lodging at Dodge House on Wyatt Earp Blvd. or stay at either of the Best Westerns in town. The BW on HWY 50 is the closest to Legends Park.

EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE DOUBLE POINTS IF THEY ENTER THE TOURNAMENT DEPENDING ON HOW THEY FINISH. This is also a 4 game guarantee tournament so each team will receive 4 games minimum. Depending on how many teams enter the tournament, that’s how pool and bracket play will be set up.

Scorekeepers and balls are provided for each game.

There is no PAP (Pay at the Plate) during this tournament.

There is a gate fee for anyone entering the facility. Players and coaches enter for free.

Cash only. We are working on having a card system for spectators to pay with a card.

Each game will have balls and scorekeepers provided throughout the tournament. QR codes will be posted throughout the facility so spectators and coaches can see bracket play.

Brackets will also be posted in the tournament directors area, which anyone is able to come in and see.

Rings will be given to 1st place in each division. Medals will be given out to 2nd place.

Concessions will be open throughout the tournament.
